New Support Application

Dear Friends,

In 2008 E101 Technology Solutions grew 30%. Obviously growth in the current economy is surprising, however we discovered new customers are from existing businesses who are changing their full-time IT model to US based outsourcing. This unexpected growth has continued this year as well with 10% growth for the first nine months of 2009.

With this rapid growth we have noticed our existing support Customer Support structure is not keeping pace with our growth and customers may begin to suffer if we do not address this issue immediately.

Starting Monday Sept 14, 2009 E101 will replace our old email support system with an online Tech Support application. This new system gives us the power to track and prioritize support request while providing and receiving daily updates to both customers and E101 employees. We are excited about this new system and look forward to the many benefits it will provide for our Customers.
